I am _so_ glad I got rid of Symantec last year, although doing so was far from easy. Updates had been a nightmare to get and install. Then, it daily nagged me to register this and that bit. Symantec was absolutely impossible to contact (even by e-mail). It's a pleasure to be able to interact with a person.

"I would like to take this opportunity to commend Nod32 on being an excellent anti-virus program.  The buying experience is simple and user-friendly, and I like the fact that there is plenty of advance notice that the program is due for renewal.

I originally discovered Nod32 when a friend gave me the trial version.  I liked it so much that I ordered it as soon as the Trial expired.  No other ant-virus I have tried so far has been as effective as Nod32 for blocking malicious spyware and viruses.   I recommended Nod32 to my mother last year, and she is very happy with the service and intends to renew when the time comes.

"My son told me about NOD32. He is an A+ certified tech. He researched your product and liked it. Just keep [NOD32] as it is. Don't add a lot of stuff to it that clogs the computer. That is why I gave up on [another major Anti-Virus product]. It slowed my computer and this program does not do that. It also checks my email. I like it very much." Miriam C.

"I did some online research about anti-virus products. I was using [a popular Anti-virus program] and was tired of the size and slowness of it. Most web sites noted that NOD32 was one of or THE fastest and smallest (a big plus). It was also rated very reliable (top plus). Many stated it was a bit obtuse to use, but I consider myself well above average in computer savvy so that didn’t bother me.

So far, once I figured out a few of the program quirks, it seems to be doing exactly what I want and is much faster than [my previous Anti-Virus]. Per my searching on the internet, you guys have a reputation for actually answering the phone with REAL PEOPLE to help with problems. If I ever have any, I am glad to know this… "
